*SOCIAL CARE WORKER*

CHILDRENS SERVICES, KILBRIDE CO. MEATH

PERMANENT FULL\-TIME CONTRACT (39 Hours Per Week),

PERMANENT PART\-TIME CONTRACT (19\.5 Hours Per Week) \&

TEMPORARY CONTRACTs

Salary: 41,260\- 57,789\* (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro\-rated for hours of work.*

Essential:

QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies or equivalent, the award must be considered eligible for CORU registration.

Up to date CORU registration/Confirmation of application for registration submitted to CORU

Full clean manual Irish driving licence.

Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable:

Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability

Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern

Have experience of Person Centred planning

Have an awareness of HIQA Standards and regulations

Desire to support people live their best lives

Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
