Social Care Support Worker

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals by helping them access the community and keeping them safe. This role involves providing social support, and guidance for clients facing various challenges, ensuring they can access the community, and ensure their safe keeping and well being.

Duties

• Provide Social Support to people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, physical disabilities, long term illnesses, and other disabilities


• Demonstrating an understanding of client needs and community resources.


• No personal care involved


• Sleep in nights up to 36 hours per week available

Experience

• No experience necessary


• Strong communication skills are a bonus for effective interaction with clients


• An empathetic approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally is preferable


• Drivers only
