Social and Content Specialist
NUORI is a Copenhagen\-based premium natural skincare brand built on freshness, efficacy, and transparency. Every product is crafted with high\-potency natural ingredients, formulated in small batches, and stamped with a freshness date. We sell direct\-to\-consumer and through a curated network of premium retail and spa partners across Europe and beyond. NUORI is backed by Twelve50Five, a Danish brand house that acquires and builds Scandinavian lifestyle brands with a long\-term, operator\-led approach.

The Social and Content Specialist brings NUORI to life online every single day. Working within the creative direction set by the Head of Brand, you own the execution of NUORI's social media presence and daily content output. You are equal parts creator and community builder \- creating and editing content, managing influencer collaborations, responding to followers, and making sure NUORI's digital presence feels alive, relevant, and unmistakably on\-brand.
Core Responsibilities
*Social Media Execution*
- Manage NUORI's day\-to\-day presence on Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest \- publishing, engaging, and keeping the posting rhythm consistent
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats, and adapt content accordingly
- You execute the content strategy set by the Head of Brand with energy and attention to detail
- Manage daily and weekly content for organic and paid channels \- Stories, Reels, static posts, and short\-form video
- Plan and coordinate campaign photoshoots with external photographers and videographers, working from creative briefs prepared by the Head of Brand
- Edit and optimise visual content for different platforms and formats
- Maintain NUORI's asset library so the team always has production\-ready material available
- Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with influencers and creators aligned with NUORI's brand and audience
- Build and maintain a network of brand ambassadors and long\-term creator partnerships
- Track performance across collaborations \- reach, engagement, content quality, and ROI \- and report back to the Head of Brand
- Create and adapt graphic assets for social media, email campaigns, and the website \- banners, product cards, story templates, and promotional visuals
- Work within brand templates developed by the Head of Brand and maintain a library of reusable assets
- Handle basic image editing \- cropping, colour correction, resizing \- and know when to hand off to an external designer for print\-ready or packaging work
- Head of Brand \- creative direction, campaign concepts, and brand standards (your direct manager)
- Digital Growth Director \- aligning social and content output with commercial and performance goals
- Head of Sales \- content support for wholesale campaigns and partner activations
- External photographers, videographers, and influencers
- NUORI's social channels feel fresh, consistent, and unmistakably on\-brand \- every day, not just during campaigns
- Content is delivered on time and the posting calendar runs without bottlenecks
- Creator collaborations drive measurable awareness and produce high\-quality content
- Social following and engagement grow steadily
- You spot trends early and experiment with new formats without waiting to be asked
- The Head of Brand can trust that daily output reflects the broader creative vision without constant oversight

What We're Looking For
- 1\-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally for a brand in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
- Proactive, energetic, and genuinely passionate about skincare and clean beauty
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest \- how they work, what performs, and how to create for each
- Strong visual eye and comfortable working in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (Figma is a plus)
- Experience coordinating photoshoots and working with external creatives
- Track record managing influencer or creator collaborations
- Strong copywriting skills and comfortable using AI writing tools to maintain a consistent tone of voice at scale
