You will build strong, trusted relationships and work at the heart of the agency, collaborating with all departments to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who is passionate about the social media landscape and is keen to leverage cutting-edge AI and technology to drive outstanding results for our clients.</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the key day-to-day contact for clients on all things social, building strong relationships based on trust and a thorough understanding of their objectives.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end delivery of social media campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a standard of excellence.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal strategy, creative, production, and data teams to translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for social-first content and activations.</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for your clients.</li>
<li>Manage project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring profitability and providing accurate financial forecasting and reporting to your Account Director.</li>
<li>Champion the use of our intelligent operating platform, social listening tools, and AI to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior members of the client service team, such as Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all creative output is strategically sound, platform-appropriate, and aligns perfectly with the brand’s identity and objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Client Management:</strong> Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted day-to-day contact on social media accounts.</li>
<li><strong>Social Campaign Management:</strong> Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple social media projects flawlessly from brief to final delivery, including content calendars, community management, and reporting.</li>
<li><strong>Platform Fluency:</strong> A strong, practical understanding of the modern social media landscape, including the features and best practices for major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook).</li>
<li><strong>Commercial Acumen:</strong> A solid understanding of project financials, including budget management, scoping, and reporting, with a focus on project profitability.</li>
<li><strong>Integrated Collaboration:</strong> A natural team player with a proven ability to work effectively with creative, strategy, and data teams to deliver powerful, socially-led work.</li>
<li><strong>AI &amp; Technology Enthusiasm:</strong> An enthusiasm for new marketing technologies and a practical ability to use AI and social media tools to improve efficiency and results.</li>
<li><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and keeping clients and internal teams aligned.</li>
<li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and navigate them effectively.</li>
