We're Notion, a boutique communications agency based in Shoreditch, working with clients across luxury lifestyle, design, motor racing, and B2B. We work on ambitious briefs and expect ambitious thinking to match.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who gets the internet. Not just how it works, but how it feels, what stops the scroll, what builds a following, what turns a brand into something people actually care about.

This isn't a back\-room role. You'll be working directly with clients, presenting ideas, talking through performance, and building the kind of relationships that make you their go\-to person. You'll also own Notion's own social channels, shaping how we show up online as an agency. You'll bring the strategic thinking to the table, and the content to back it up.

You'll be across everything: strategy, content creation, filming, editing, scheduling, and analytics. You're as comfortable pulling together a content calendar as you are leading a shoot or on\-camera capturing live event content. You know your way around TikTok and Reels, and you treat Instagram as seriously as a media outlet.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing day\-to\-day client relationships with confidence and professionalism

  • Presenting content strategies, ideas and performance reports to clients

  • Owning social strategy for assigned client accounts and Notion's own channels

  • Planning and leading shoots including concept, filming and on\-the\-day execution

  • Creating and editing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond

  • Building content calendars that align with wider PR and campaign strategy

  • Scheduling and publishing across platforms using Meta Business Suite and similar tools

  • Managing paid and organic activity across Meta

  • Tracking performance and reporting on growth, engagement and reach

  • Staying ahead of trends and jumping on reactive moments fast

  • Managing communities and keeping audiences engaged

  • Capturing real\-time content at campaign launches, events and brand activations
What we're looking for:

Someone creative and commercial. Strategic and hands\-on. Confident in a client meeting as well as in the edit. Organised enough to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball, and assured enough to push back when the work needs it.

Nice to have:

  • Agency or brand\-side experience

  • Experience scaling brand or creator accounts

  • Experience working with luxury lifestyle, design or high\-end brands is a plus.
Location: Shoreditch, London (EC2A)
