We are looking for a highly skilled Security Operations Center Consultant. You operate at the intersection of security operations, advisory services, and customer enablement. Your primary mission is to design, optimize, and elevate Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for our customers by combining deep technical expertise with structured consulting methodologies.

Your tasks.

• Advice \& Design: Assess customer SOC maturity and design target\-state security operations models


• Optimize \& Implement: Improve detection capabilities, processes, and tooling efficiency across SOC environments


• Enable Customers: Coach customer security teams and empower them to operate effective SOC functions


• Bridge Strategy \& Operations: Translate strategic security goals into operational SOC capabilities


• Influence \& Lead: Serve as a senior technical authority and consultant for SOC\-related initiatives

Your skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, or Security Engineering roles


• Hands\-on experience designing, tuning, and maintaining SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, or comparable technologies


• Experience with onboarding and normalizing diverse security\-relevant log sources across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and messaging environments


• Strong conceptual understanding of SOC automation and orchestration


• Ability to analyze customer environments and provide structured, value\-driven recommendations


• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail\-oriented working style


• Ability to prioritize effectively, maintain focus, and make sound decisions under pressure in a fast\-paced SOC environment


• Fluency in German and good English skills are a must. Knowledge of French is a plus
