Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute executive communications in partnership with senior leadership, including strategic messaging, leadership updates, talking points, and presentations.

  • Support the Chief of Staff to shape clear, high-impact narratives that communicate priorities, progress, and organizational direction.

  • Own internal Customer Success communications, including All Hands meetings, newsletters, Slack updates, and organizational announcements.

  • Lead employee engagement and internal culture initiatives within Customer Success to strengthen alignment, recognition, and team connectivity.

  • Create and manage communication strategies for events, conferences, offsites, and leadership appearances, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.

  • Produce CS organizational updates, internal briefings, and companywide communications that highlight impact, performance, and key wins.

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Revenue teams to coordinate customer-facing communications and ensure alignment across functions.

  • Drive internal storytelling that elevates the visibility of Customer Success as a critical revenue and growth engine.

Requirements


  • 6–7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or executive communications roles.

  • Strong background supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market (GTM) or revenue-focused teams.

  • Proven ability to craft executive-level messaging, presentations, and narratives for senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.

  • Strong understanding of how revenue-generating organizations operate, including cadence, priorities, and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Experience managing internal communication channels such as Slack, newsletters, presentations, and town halls.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication streams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
