Job description
OSL Global is a multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery company supporting critical railway infrastructure works across the UK.
We are looking for competent, safety\-focused SMTH Testers to support railway signalling maintenance, testing and infrastructure works across ongoing UK projects.
The role will involve supporting signalling maintenance and infrastructure activities, carrying out SMTH testing duties in line with relevant standards and procedures, and working as part of a wider rail delivery team to complete works safely and to the required technical standard.
Candidates should hold SMTH competence or certification, a current IRSE licence, PTS including DCCR, and be able to provide relevant evidence of competence, including Sentinel record, current ATW or assessment record, MTPLs or SMTH log slips where applicable.
Additional qualifications such as OLEC1, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, SPWEE, Small Tools and First Aid would be desirable. Risk assessment experience, leadership skills, and NTS, Non\-Technical Skills, training or coaching experience would also be welcomed.
Any offer will be based on training record, demonstrable skillset, existing ATW, experience, IRSE licence status, CSCS status and any training required to meet the minimum requirements of the role.
