<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are hiring a<strong> Client Success Account Executive II </strong>to join our <strong>SMB </strong>team in <strong>Paris</strong>! This is a<strong> hybrid</strong> role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! </strong>As one of the first SMB BDRs in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—generating pipeline, engaging HR leaders, and contributing to both the development of our local sales playbook and our go-to-market approach.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to a new market, and help shape our long-term success in France.</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Reporting to the Country Lead your core mission will be to manage a wide portfolio of growing B2B businesses (typically up to 500 employees) and ensure their long-term satisfaction through the following </em>pillars:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High-Velocity Onboarding: Lead the digital launch and setup process for a high volume of new SMB clients, guiding HR leads and business owners through their first 90 days seamlessly.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Engagement & Activation Drive: Create and execute scalable communication strategies (webinars, automated campaigns, and digital toolkits) to introduce Wellhub to our clients' workforces and rapidly increase user sign-ups.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Portfolio Health & Optimization: Monitor account health data to proactively identify low-engagement accounts, intervening with creative solutions to boost activation and prevent early churn.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Commercial Retention: Own the renewal cycle for your portfolio, handling high-volume contract renewals, minor contract updates, and identifying upselling opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cross-Functional Bridge: Collaborate closely with the SMB Sales team to ensure smooth client handovers</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have 1+ year of experience in sales, high-velocity sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are motivated by targets and bring energy to outbound activity. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the French workforce lead happier, healthier lives.</span></li>
