Small Works Project Co-Ordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Small Works \- Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of Quoted Works \- within the Small Works / Minor Works Division (Values between £1000 \- approx £10,000\) per job to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products.
This is an office based role \- working closely with the Head of Projects, Managing Director and other Project Managers \- supporting all aspects of providing a quotation to client, and then supporting getting the jobs live once approved.
This role would suit the right person who is also looking to move forward and progress in their career \- as we have opportunities to promote internally.
Responsibilities:
\- Coordinate production workflow for multiple projects simultaneously.
\- Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
\- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
\- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
\- Implement and manage project timelines using project management software
\- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance overall production processes.
\- Utilise systems, content management systems to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
\- Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues promptly.
Requirements:
\- Proven experience in production / project coordination or similar role.
\- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
\- Proficiency in supervising and managing teams to achieve production goals.
\- Familiarity with project management software and product management techniques.
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement efficient production systems.
\- Knowledge of content management systems for data organisation.
