Sleeping Night Worker (start asap, females only)

Overview
Billie Care Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Sleeping Night Workers to join our growing team. As a CQC registered provider, we deliver high quality, person centred care to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve supporting individuals during the night when required, promoting independence, and enhancing overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support where required.


• Support with medication administration in line with Billie Care Services’ policies and training.


• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating and drinking where required.


• Support with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment (including assisting with heavier lifting when appropriate and trained).


• Engage clients in meaningful, stimulating activities to promote emotional, mental, and social wellbeing.


• Use positive behaviour support techniques, including supporting individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or similar conditions.


• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance to improve quality of life.


• Maintain accurate, detailed care records and report any concerns or changes promptly.


• Follow all health and safety guidelines, safeguarding procedures, infection control standards, and first aid protocols.

• No previous care experience needed – full training is provided


• A caring, compassionate, and patient approach is essential


• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team


• Reliability and flexibility to work across a range of shifts


• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not essential

• Full induction and ongoing training
