Skin Therapist

With a loyal client base built over 5 years, we are proudly developing \& growing and now have an opportunity for an experienced Skin Therapist to join the team who can share our values, take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and are motivated to continually develop their knowledge and skills within the evolving world of advanced skincare.

This role is suitable for a therapist who has worked in a busy salon environment for at least 2 years and wants to further their career in advanced skin treatments. I am looking for an individual who is highly motivated, confident in their knowledge and work and wants to grow within the clinic.

Primary Duties:

To provide exceptional customer care and results\-driven skin treatments.

To gain the trust and confidence of ANU Skincare Clinic clients to encourage repeat business and long\-term retention.

To maximise opportunities to recommend appropriate treatments and homecare while contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

REPORTING TO: Clinic Owner / Manager

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

Provide excellent customer service and treatment standards.

Ensure the ANU brand and values are represented at all times.

Support client retention, rebooking and retail recommendations.

Successfully implement clinic policies, procedures and treatment protocols.

Keep the day\-to\-day operation and presentation of the clinic to the highest standard.

Take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.

SKILLS:

Qualified Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist. (CIDESCO, ITEC, VTCT)

Strong interest in skin health and advanced skincare.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Warm, approachable and naturally caring with clients.

Professional, reliable and well organised.

Good planning and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Confident recommending treatments and homecare without creating a pressured sales experience.

Enjoys working independently and as part of a supportive team.

Positive, enthusiastic and eager to continue learning.
