Site Supervisor – Cladding & Glazing (Gold CSCS / SSSTS)

Job Overview
Theorem Facades Ltd is recruiting experienced Site Supervisors to oversee cladding and glazing works across multiple regions: London and the surrounding areas, Scotland, Sheffield, and Liverpool. You'll be responsible for the day\-to\-day running of site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will hold a Gold CSCS card and SSSTS certification, with proven supervising experience in similar projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high\-quality results within tight schedules. The successful applicant will possess strong management skills.

Duties

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.


• Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, program updates and maintaining health and safety protocols.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.


• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel.


• Oversee the training and development of site staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.


• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to communicate project status and resolve any on\-site issues efficiently.

• Hold a valid Gold CSCS card and SSSTS certification.


• Proven supervising experience within the cladding or façade installation sector.


• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively under pressure.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar programme management software is highly desirable.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
