Our Commercial \& Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia \& leisure, industrial \& distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.

The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full\-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high\-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market!

Vacancy Details

In this role, you will be responsible for managing site\-based activities safely, efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. You will ensure all work aligns with company procedures, best practices, statutory legislation, and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project programmes, monitoring site progress, and taking action to meet deadlines for on\-time project delivery.


• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and supporting the Project Team in meetings.


• Overseeing labour and plant equipment levels to maintain operational efficiency.


• Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations across all construction activities.

At Severfield, safety is paramount and embedded in every aspect of our work. Therefore, this role requires a strong commitment to health and safety standards. You will also need to obtain full security clearance if you do not already hold it.

Required Qualifications \& Experience:

• A construction\-related degree (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience.


• CSCS Card


• NVQ Level 5 or 6


• Qualified in the Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)


• MEWP certification


• Previous site management experience within the steelwork industry.
