Site Manager, high-end residential refurbishment
Omniform delivers architect\-led residential refurbishments across London. We are hiring a Site Manager to take day\-to\-day control of demanding projects, coordinate trades and maintain the standard of work from initial site setup through to handover.
Our projects normally range from £300,000 to £2 million. They involve detailed design, constrained urban sites and clients and architects who expect clear communication and careful execution. You must be comfortable making decisions on site, challenging poor work and spotting problems before they interrupt the next trade.
You will:
- run daily site activity, brief the team and coordinate subcontractors;
- maintain a practical programme and two\-week look\-ahead, identifying missing information and delivery constraints early;
- inspect work before it is covered up, maintain agreed standards and resolve defects promptly;
- keep accurate site records, track changes and raise commercial implications with the director responsible for the project;
- maintain site safety and professional conduct, including when the programme is under pressure;
- work constructively with clients, architects, consultants and neighbours through to completion.
The selection process includes a review of your project evidence, a structured interview, a live site walk and reference checks. We are interested in how you run a site and the results you can substantiate.
To apply through Indeed, submit your CV and a concise list of five comparable completed projects. For each, include the approximate value, scope, dates, your own responsibilities and what evidence or reference could verify it. Include your availability and salary expectations. Use redacted material where project information is confidential.
Expected start: as soon as the right candidate is available, with the first appointment planned around the mobilisation of a new high\-end residential project.
Pay: £45,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
