Site Manager
We are seeking a great person to work Monday to Friday from 10\.00am until 2\.00pm.
Ground Solutions UK Ltd, is the managing agent for Crystal Court, in Tutbury, built in 2007\. We are seeking a highly organised Site Manager to provide essential support around the maintenance of a purpose\-built retirement development for independent living. You will be a genuine people person with a friendly, supportive attitude paired with a keen eye for detail to enable you to succeed.
You will have worked in a similar customer focused role, be efficient at multi\-tasking and will have excellent communications skills. You will strive to provide the best service and support, while ensuring a safe, secure and high\-quality environment.
The role is ideal for someone who has excellent customer service skills gained in a hotel, healthcare, hospitality or retirement setting, is an expert communicator, has empathy and understanding and is passionate about helping people.

Key Responsibilities:
· To oversee compliance of Health \& Safety regulations.
· Conduct daily visual checks of exterior and internal of communal areas.
· Report repairs and maintenance issues of the communal areas and of the building.
· Oversee the repairs, maintenance of the communal areas and the development.
· Liaise with all contractors to oversee day to day maintenance of the development.
· Liaise with the freeholder’s agents regarding queries raised by residents.
· Carry out inductions of new residents to explain all relevant site information.
· Conduct daily wellbeing checks of residents.
· Ensure KPI are achieved to make sure high standards of service delivery are met.
· Attend meetings, including residents, AGM’s and with the freeholder’s agent.
· Assist with the project management of major works alongside relevant professionals.
· Ensure timely information is circulated to residents concerning management issues.
· Any other duties which the freeholder’s agent may require to be undertaken.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £13\.00 per hour
4 hours per day Monday \- Friday 10\.00am until 2\.00pm
