Built Interiors, a leading fit\-out specialist in Dublin, is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team in Dublin on a permanent, full\-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery and help drive the successful completion of high\-quality interior construction projects.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day site operations, supervising personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll be a key liaison with clients, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and quality delivery throughout every stage of the build.

Key responsibilities

· Manage all site activity to meet programme, budget, and safety targets.

· Supervise subcontractors and trades on site.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Review and implement project plans and specifications.

· Report progress, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes.

· Promote a positive site culture and high standards of quality control.

What you’ll bring

· 5\+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally across Fitouts or Commercial.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

· Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office); full clean driving licence required.
