About the Role
We are seeking a Site Geologist to join our team in the UK. In this role you'll play a key part in the successful execution of our ground engineering projects, including resin injection and micropile works.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail\-oriented geologist who wants to take on a dynamic role involving client interaction, project oversight, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Supervise and direct field operators to ensure quality execution of injection and micropile works.
Guarantee project completion within the defined timelines while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
Oversee health and safety compliance on\-site, ensuring all operations align with company policies and legal requirements.
Adapt to business needs, including taking on additional responsibilities or assignments within the Group when required.
Report regularly to management on project progress and challenges.
Requirements:
Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Driver’s licence (category B)
Previous experience in ground engineering, foundation stabilisation, or geotechnical site work is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure quality control.
Ability to work independently and make critical on\-site decisions.
Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
Strong adherence to company policies, including anti\-corruption and modern slavery policies.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
