Townmore is one of Ireland's fastest\-growing main contractors. We deliver high\-profile residential and infrastructure developments nationwide. We are seeking a precision\-driven, high\-energy Site Engineer to lead our site operations, manage technical compliance, and drive on\-site quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting Out \& Surveying: Execute precision setting out using Leica Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and Icon software.


• Technical Management: Manage the RFI process, review drawings via AutoCAD, and ensure accurate, up\-to\-date site record\-keeping.


• Quality Control \& As\-Builts: Conduct rigorous quality management, draft technical submittals, and deliver exact as\-built drawings and surveys.


• Concrete Works: Supervise and sign off on complex precast and in\-situ concrete pours, ensuring full structural compliance.


• Site Supervision: Coordinate subcontractors and various site trades to maintain strict adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer.


• Sector Expertise: Strong background in residential developments and major site infrastructure works.


• Industry Track Record: Prior experience with a Main Contractor, Developer, or large Specialist Subcontractor in Ireland or the UK.

• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and MS Office.


• Instrumentation: Highly competent with Leica Survey Instruments, Icon Software, and Robotic Total Stations.

Pay: From €70,000\.00 per year
