Our client, an Award Winning Global Investment Platform, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their SIPP Onboarding team on a full-time permanent basis in Bath.
The firm is experiencing a period of significant growth, including a recent platform upgrade and ongoing European expansion project - making it a particularly exciting time to join.
About the Role:
- Support the administration of the SIPP, processing client instructions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver high-quality service by prioritising daily tasks and maintaining strong service standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen overall team performance
- Identify and manage process risks while ensuring compliance with regulations, data security, and internal controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback, supporting onboarding initiatives, and driving operational excellence
- Have knowledge of SIPP processing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong data and analytical processing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work well individually and as a part of a team to achieve team and personal objectives
- Willingness to learn
- Discretionary bonus scheme (up to £2,500-£3,000)
