We are looking for an experienced Signage Project Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering projects from enquiry through to installation.

The Role
Working alongside our design, production and installation teams, you will manage multiple signage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of exciting, high\-profile projects within a well\-established and forward\-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple signage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion
- Prepare and issue quotations for signage and graphics projects
- Review client briefs, specifications and drawings to produce accurate cost estimates
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing where required
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout each project
- Carry out site surveys, measurements and installation assessments
- Prepare survey reports and communicate technical requirements clearly
- Coordinate with design, production and installation teams
- Plan project schedules and monitor progress against deadlines
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams where required
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates
- Identify and resolve project issues efficiently
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor compliance with Health \& Safety legislation and company procedures
- Conduct site visits throughout installations where required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Previous project management experience within the signage industry
- Experience preparing quotations and estimating costs for signage projects
- Strong understanding of signage products, materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience carrying out site surveys independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and problem\-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer\-facing abilities
- Good understanding of signage installation methods
- Full UK Driving Licence

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Do you have at least 3 years' experience in the signage industry?
Do you have experience producing quotations and estimates?
Have you carried out site surveys and prepared survey reports?
Are you experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously?
Have you coordinated subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams?
Are you confident communicating with clients and managing project expectations?
Do you have a good understanding of signage manufacturing and installation methods?
Do you hold a full UK driving licence?
Are you willing to travel throughout the UK when required?
