About You:
  • We welcome applicants from customer\-facing sectors such as hospitality, lettings, property, furniture retail, telesales and call centres. Experience in furniture, mattresses or premium retail is helpful but not essential. We also welcome high\-calibre recent graduates, as full training will be provided.

Additional information:
  • This is a fully onsite role with no remote\-working option.

  • You will work five 9\-hour shifts per week on a rota basis. Weekend working is a standard part of the role, and applicants should expect to work most Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.

  • In addition to our Camden Branch, you will also be expected to provide cover at our locations in Bounds Green, Wandsworth Common and London Bridge from time to time.

  • At times, you may be expected to work independently, and/or alone

  • Foreign language skills are welcome (we have a diverse team)
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Welcoming customers and providing a professional showroom experience

  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

  • Handling enquiries in person, by telephone and online

  • Creating, managing and following up sales leads

  • Preparing quotations and confidently asking for the sale

  • Working towards individual and team sales targets

  • Entering orders and customer details accurately

  • Liaising with workshop, delivery and customer service teams

  • Resolving customer queries professionally

  • Maintaining a clean and organised showroom

  • Supporting general administration and other duties when required
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
