- We welcome applicants from customer\-facing sectors such as hospitality, lettings, property, furniture retail, telesales and call centres. Experience in furniture, mattresses or premium retail is helpful but not essential. We also welcome high\-calibre recent graduates, as full training will be provided.

- This is a fully onsite role with no remote\-working option.
- You will work five 9\-hour shifts per week on a rota basis. Weekend working is a standard part of the role, and applicants should expect to work most Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.
- In addition to our Camden Branch, you will also be expected to provide cover at our locations in Bounds Green, Wandsworth Common and London Bridge from time to time.

- Welcoming customers and providing a professional showroom experience
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Handling enquiries in person, by telephone and online
- Creating, managing and following up sales leads
- Preparing quotations and confidently asking for the sale
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Entering orders and customer details accurately
- Liaising with workshop, delivery and customer service teams
- Resolving customer queries professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organised showroom
- Supporting general administration and other duties when required
