Duties

• Assist the management team in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery


• Lead and motivate front\-of\-house and kitchen teams, promoting teamwork and high performance


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency


• Support bartending activities, including drink service and bar management during busy periods


• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed across the restaurant


• Manage guest relations, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience


• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and development to optimize team efficiency


• Uphold food production standards, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock ordering as needed


• Maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s energetic vibe

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations


• Experience with bartending or bar management is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively


• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production


• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service


• Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred; culinary or hospitality qualifications are advantageous


• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
