<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Shopper Insight Client Lead</strong> who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Waitrose Supplier Insight Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global FMCGs. </p>
<p>Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people by being part of a fast growing market team with plenty of opportunity to grow. Driving best in class account management across a brilliant client portfolio, working closely with CPGs and helping to drive customer centric brand and category growth at Waitrose and identifying new business opportunities . Working closely with Waitrose to link up Client and Retail priorities to drive best in class Client Success. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be working on </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a portfolio of medium sized clients, having access to our best in class customer insight tools </li>
<li>Liaising with clients and retailers to understand business priorities </li>
<li>Being a tool expert, consulting on how best to use it with CPGs </li>
<li>Exposure to sales – selling the platform to new prospect suppliers </li>
<li>Responsible for renewals </li>
<li>Financial reporting and admin </li>
<li>Thought leadership support </li>
<li>Training clients </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we expect from you </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject </li>
<li>Understanding of the CPG industry </li>
<li>Experience driving commercial value through sold products and services </li>
<li>Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers </li>
<li>Experience in managing stakeholders in the CPG industry </li>
</ul>
