Shop Assistant

We are looking to add a member of staff to our growing team here at Costcutter.

Preferably we are looking for someone who can complete hours between 2\-10pm however, we need someone who is flexible and can also cover other shift times if need be.

Hours per week between 16\-30hrs consistently.

You will be required to fulfil the following:

. To serve the customers by providing friendly, efficient service at all times.

· To operate the checkout accurately, complying with Company checkout procedures.

· To ensure stock is merchandised in accordance with the company planogram and SEL disciplines in order to drive sales.

· To comply with security rules and regulations

· To observe and comply with all Company and Legislative regulations at all times, especially: Food Safety, Health \& Safety, Sale of Alcohol, Tobacco Products \& Solvents and Trading Standards.

· To ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the shop (front and back) is maintained at all times.

· To ensure highest standard of personal hygiene and observe the Company dress code to comply with food safety regulations.

· To report any hazards, accidents and incidents in line with the Company Procedure.

· To carry out any tasks or duties as deemed appropriate by your store supervisor/store manager.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.09 per hour
