Could you be our new Ship Agent?
- Location: Hamburg Office
- Reporting to: Operations Manager
- Department / Team: Shipping
- Employment Type: Full time
- Travel requirements: Within Germany to German ports
- Key Tech/Tools: Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft office programs
- Handling documentation and clearance of ships upon arrival and departure
- Communication with all involved parties during the ships’ port calls
- Coordinating services
- Providing input to improve processes and procedures
- Performing administrative tasks such as invoicing for services provided
- Education: Completed training as “Schifffahtskaufmann” or similar work experience
- Experience: minimum 3 years as a Ship Agent
- Technical Skills: Completed training as “Schifffahrtskaufmann”, Minimum Driver License Level B
- Language Skills: Expert in German (written \& verbal); Very good English (written and verbal)
