Als Warehouse Shiftleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele coördinatie van de logistieke activiteiten op onze Multi Client site in Tilburg aan de A58\.

Dit vertaalt zich in een praktische, hands\-on aanpak op de werkvloer, waarbij je, middels een duidelijke eigen visie, je team (bestaande uit Teamleaders, Coördinatoren, Planners en Warehouse Employees) weet te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren. Je hebt een brede visie en weet tactische\-strategische vraagstukken te vertalen tot operationele doelstellingen. Je slaagt erin om een sterk team te bouwen en continue bezig te zijn met optimalisaties en verbeteringen.

De Warehouse Shiftleader rapporteert aan de Manager Operations en geeft (in)direct leiding aan 125 FTE.

WHAT YOU BRING

Taken/Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van alle logistieke processen waaronder inbound, storage, picking en packing.


• Inrichten, organiseren en aansturen van de warehouse operatie, zodat de KPI’s ten aanzien van kwaliteit, productiviteit en operationele KPI’s worden behaald.


• Volledige HR\-verantwoordelijkheid. Het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken, beoordelingsgesprekken en verzuimgesprekken. Tevens verantwoordelijk voor de juiste opvolging en documentatie;


• Bewaken en waarborgen van de interne processen volgens de correcte warehouse \& distributie standaarden met betrekking tot veiligheid (Arbo), kwaliteit, milieuzorg, wetgeving en performance;


• Meedenken in en mede uitvoeren /coördineren /implementeren van omvangrijke verbeter\- en innovatieprojecten.


• In staat om de organisatie doelen en kernwaarden van Rhenus mee uit te dragen en te vertalen naar het team.


• Bouwen en onderhouden van een sterk team met hoge betrokkenheid. In staat het team te inspireren en mee te nemen in veranderingsprocessen.


• Vertalen van klantvraagstukken en marktveranderingen naar operationele doelstellingen om een maximale klantservice te waarborgen.

Vereisten:

• Hbo werk\- en denkniveau;


• Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in supply chain management of logistiek in een vergelijkbare functie;


• Sterke affiniteit met logistieke dienstverlening;


• Ervaring in direct contact met klanten aangaande operationeel en tactische zaken;


• Affiniteit met IT (functionele inrichting WMS\-systemen);


• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;


• Natuurlijk leider en in staat om te verbinden, coach \& motivator;


• Resultaatgericht, klantgericht en analytisch;


• Communicatief sterk en in staat te inspireren, overtuigen en beïnvloeden;


• In staat om goede relaties op te bouwen en onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders.
