Both operational, managerial, and a coordinator, the manager is the right hand of the restaurant director on the floor and is responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant.

Attentive and open\-minded, they have a sharp understanding of customer expectations and a strong team spirit. As a brand ambassador, they ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
