<p><strong>Essential</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="1aijvad" data-start="40" data-end="154">Experienced people leader in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics, or FMCG environment.</li>
<li data-section-id="15fprkj" data-start="155" data-end="222">Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.</li>
<li data-section-id="arans6" data-start="223" data-end="291">Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li data-section-id="1e46qsk" data-start="292" data-end="376">Results-driven, with experience managing KPIs and driving operational performance.</li>
<li data-section-id="132tlue" data-start="377" data-end="466">Solid understanding of health &amp; safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Advantageous:</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="h8zinm" data-start="590" data-end="647" data-is-last-node="">Relevant Food Safety or Health &amp; Safety qualifications.</li>

<p><strong>Location</strong>: Smart parc, Spondon, Derby DE21 7HW</p>
<p><strong>Working Schedule</strong>: Rotating days and nights every 3 months, Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00 - 7:00</p>
