Shift Manager / Front of House

B Bagel Camden (NW1\) and B bagel Swain's Lane ( N6\) are looking for Full Time Shift Managers and Front of House Team Members.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the amazing team at B Bagel Bakery.

B Bagel is a growing business that is bringing new flavours to the streets of London and specialises in authentic bagels and artisan coffee

We are seeking both Front of House staff and/or a Shift Manager who is motivated, friendly and hardworking, who will add great value to our fast\-paced bakery shops.

This role will support our daily shop operations, ensuring that all service and food safety targets are met or exceeded, whilst leading from the front to ensure customer service is exceptional.

\- Barista Experience

· Has excellent customer service

· Is a team player

· Is pro\-active

· Is flexible and constantly learning

· Is able to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep staff motivated

· Has a background in hospitality

· Has excellent time management and problem\-solving skills

· Will be flexible within the role to be able to cover a variety of areas within the shop
