We are looking for a SharePoint Specialist (Microsoft 365\) to join a General Applications ecosystem and work closely with other Microsoft 365 specialists. The role focuses on ensuring SharePoint Online is a secure, structured, scalable, and reliable collaboration and content management platform across the organization.

The consultant will play a key role in governance, access management, lifecycle management, and business support, with a strong operational focus on user requests and incident resolution. The position requires strong expertise in SharePoint Online within an enterprise or regulated environment, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Your mission

Administer and configure SharePoint Online environments.

Ensure secure and governed use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Design and maintain information architecture standards.

Support business users in collaboration and content management usage.

Manage permissions, sharing settings, and access governance in alignment with IT security policies.

Contribute to SharePoint site lifecycle management processes.

Collaborate with Power Platform and Power BI specialists on integration and controlled usage scenarios.

Handle operational activities related to incidents and user requests.

Your activities:

Configure and administer SharePoint Online:

Site collections

Hub sites

Permissions

Sharing settings

Design and maintain:

Site structures

Metadata models

Content types

Information architecture standards

Apply and enforce:

SharePoint governance policies

Microsoft 365 governance standards

Security and compliance rules

Ensure:

Secure collaboration practices

Correct access management

Compliance with IT security policies

Support business teams in:

Daily SharePoint usage

Collaboration scenarios

Content management best practices

Collaborate with:

Power Platform specialists for controlled citizen development initiatives

Power BI specialists where SharePoint acts as a data or document source

Contribute to lifecycle management:

Site creation

Site review

Archiving

Deletion processes

Respond to:

User requests

Operational incidents

Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts when required.

You have the following skills:

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

Strong hands\-on experience with SharePoint Online (modern experience).

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem:

SharePoint

Teams

OneDrive

Entra ID

Expertise in:

Permissions management

Sharing models

Security concepts

Strong knowledge of:

Information architecture

Content governance

Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Nice to have:

Experience with:

Power Apps

Power Automate

Experience with Power BI integration scenarios.

Knowledge of:

Records management

Retention policies

Sensitivity labels

Microsoft 365 and/or SharePoint certifications.

PowerShell scripting capabilities.

Communication Skills

Fluent English is mandatory.

Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:

French

Dutch

Ideally trilingual: English, French, and Dutch.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Votre profil

You have at least 3 years of professional experiences in IT

If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
