We are seeking an experienced and visionary Non\-Executive Director \& Strategic Investor to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payment wearables.

Monesave is a UK\-based fintech on a breakout trajectory — FCA \& Bank of England Innovation Programme admitted, with a live smart payment wearable already in market. We're looking for visionary NEDs who also want a stake in what's coming next.

ABOUT MONESAVE
Monesave is a fast\-growing UK fintech app transforming how people manage, move, and spend money. In November 2025, we launched Orukka — a smart payment ring that turns everyday gestures into seamless, contactless transactions. Adoption has been phenomenal, and we're only getting started.

With operations spanning the UK, USA, Ireland, and Canada, and formal recognition from both the FCA and Bank of England through their Innovation Programmes, Monesave is positioned at the forefront of next\-generation financial technology.

THE NED ROLE

We are seeking an Non\-Executive Director who bring deep expertise in one or more of our three core growth areas — and who are ready to invest in the company's success alongside their advisory role.

A Dual Role: Director \& Investor

This is not a traditional NED position. We are looking for individuals who believe in Monesave's mission enough to back it with capital. Appointed NEDs will be expected to participate as investors in our upcoming crowdfunding round launching in November 2026\.

• Investment participation required alongside the NED appointment


• Formal NED remuneration to be structured and confirmed as part of the November 2026 crowdfunding round


• Opportunity to invest and own a piece of the company today.


• Preferential rates and renumeration during the public crowdfunding campaign — open to scrutiny and community


• Early\-mover advantage in a company already admitted to two major UK regulatory innovation programmes

Our Ideal NED or Board Advisor
You're an operator, not just an advisor. You've contributed to and scaled something meaningful in fintech, payments, consumer tech, or growth marketing — and you want board\-level influence in a company at an inflection point.

• Experience with hardware or software product rollouts and international expansion


• Expertise in consumer brand growth, digital marketing, or B2C scaling


• Comfortable operating at board level — providing strategic challenge and governance


• Ready to invest in Monesave alongside the NED role — skin in the game is essential


• Network in UK, US, Irish, or Canadian financial or technology ecosystems is a strong advantage for us


• A proactive approach with the ability to influence decision\-making at senior levels.

We are young and probably naive but we are ready to take on the big boys in the wearables space like Oura, Whoop, Galaxy Ring.
