Short overview: Groot Bijgaarden is located in the suburb of Dilbeek – Flemish Brabant, Belgium. Groot Bijgaarden serves as head office for Belgium and Luxembourg sales organization and provides sales and account management service to Dutch and French speaking clients. The current head count is around 30 people ranging from Sales Managers to Account Managers working in various fields such as Emergency Lighting, UPS, Commercial Clients and Residential Clients, as well as developers and contractors covering only sales. Groot Bijgaarden interacts with the office in Zaltbommel (Netherlands) with functions such as HR, Payroll etc due to the small size
What you’ll do:

This position combines 50% Outside Sales and 50% Pre Sales activities.
Outside Sales (50%)
- Build, maintain and expand long\-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential
- Visit customers and advise them on Eaton service solutions
- Translate customer needs into commercial proposals
- Actively contribute to revenue growth within the service portfolio
- Support the sales process with technical and commercial input
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals
- Analyze installed base and service reports to identify opportunities
- Support campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Work closely with internal sales, service and marketing teams

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering or Business preferred).

- Experience in a sales, pre‑sales or service‑oriented role
- Strong commercial mindset combined with technical affinity
- Customer‑focused, proactive and result‑driven
- Able to work independently as well as in cross‑functional teams
- Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems
- Dutch and French required for the Belgian context.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel within Belgium and Netherlands.
