How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead target costing efforts for the A20/A35/PT portfolio, ensuring products remain competitive

  • Partner with product and strategy managers to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities

  • Apply process improvement and design methodologies to analyse and enhance business processes, increasing efficiency and quality

  • Develop documentation such as business requirements, process maps, and gap analyses to support process improvements

  • Support quality assurance, compliance, and change management activities, including training materials for new processes
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, project/program management, supply chain, operations, or a support function

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of achieving business targets and collaborating across teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, PLM, Prioneer, or PumaWeb is a plus

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) in a non\-manufacturing environment is highly valued
About the Team

You’ll report to the head of A35 New Units and work closely with the Product Lifecycle Team, influencing a wide range of functions through your expertise in cost management and process quality. The Gas Services division is committed to low\-emission power generation, decarbonization, and modernisation, offering a collaborative environment where sharing best practices is encouraged. Your work will connect you with both AGT and non\-AGT service organisations, and you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
