Are you someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, working with data, and making services better for customers?
We’re looking for a Services Coordinator to join our Homes and Wellbeing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring services across our communities are delivered to a high standard, working closely with managing agents, external providers, colleagues and customers. This is a Fixed-term role until 31 March 2027.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the lead on managing partnerships and service delivery across a number of schemes. Day to day, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for external support providers and managing agents
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partners
- Monitor and manage service level agreements and contracts, ensuring high standards are met
- Prepare and analyse KPIs, performance data and management reports
- Work within budgets, monitoring spend and identifying value for money opportunities
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and partnership working:
- Experience in contract monitoring, KPI development, quality frameworks or management information systems
- Strong numeracy skills with confidence managing budgets and data
- Excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approach
- Ability to solve problems logically and fairly
- Confidence working with stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless a disability precludes this.
