ServiceNow Product Owner
As a Product Owner you will lead and drive critical ServiceNow deliverables end\-to\-end. You will be responsible for operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform globally and ensure business needs are being met by stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Partner with ServiceNow team members to build and drive the ServiceNow roadmap to match overall strategy for the Core Functions team and the business. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that the most appropriate level of service is supplied to meet future business needs. You will be responsible for 2nd level support for ServiceNow and make sure that guidelines, how\-to's and other relevant documentation is available for 1st level support.
You are expected to perform configuration tasks on the platform when needed and to demonstrate a strong technical understanding.
You are expected to drive smaller deployment or upgrade projects as well as participate in a larger IT and compliance projects. For cloud\-based applications, you are expected to ensure the impacts of vendor released updates and upgrades are understood and tested.
As a Product Owner you will be having administrative rights to ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relating to customer: Manage the expectations of LoB, customers and users concerning the use of the IT systems. Provide a single point of contact, liaison and escalation for the IT systems. Ensure that the most appropriate levels of service are supplied to meet future business needs
- Relating to system: Produce system specific reports with corrective actions if applicable, that are subsequently reviewed with the relevant customers. Monitor and evaluate the need for upgrades and increased capacity. Responsible for creation and maintenance of system documentation and instructions
- Relating to process: Identify \& manage implementation of new requirements to existing IT systems and services. Facilitate risk management work in cooperation with stakeholders and department manager
- Relating to validation requirements: able to support audits and inspections. Write system documentation for GxP critical IT systems. Test IT requirements for GxP critical IT systems.
- Relating to project management: Drive small development, upgrade projects and secure operation management is considered in projects. Drive own optimization projects and projects in cooperation with vendor
- Relating to vendor: Follow\-up on vendor deliveries and services according to agreement
- Other job duties as needed from time to time
- Minimum educational level necessary to perform the job (High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, PhD)
- Msc or B.Sc within computer science, business administration, engineering or similar
- Minimum experience requirements and minimum qualifications necessary to perform the job. (Consider years of experience, specific knowledge, etc.)
- 5\-10 years of experience with managing systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience IT Projects and administration of IT systems, and governance of the systems
- Understanding and knowledge of GAMP5
- Personal skills: Quality minded, structured with strong analytical skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility
