Role: Service Desk Consultant

Location: On\-site, Lisbon Portugal

Required skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the role;


• Solid experience in Office and Windows support and troubleshooting


• Hardware/Software (including remote user support);


• Aptitude for Helpdesk and for creating/updating support documentation;


• Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and stress management.
