An exciting opportunity is available for an Service \& Commissioning Administrator to join a vibrant and expanding Irish owned business. The position is a fast paced and challenging roll. The job specification for Service \& Commissioning Administrator within Atex Office is detailed below but a high degree of flexibility is required to support the demands of the Atex.
The Key Product Portfolios are listed as follows:
- Lighting
- Emergency Lighting
- Lighting Controls
- Central Battery Systems
- Work closely with Project Manager and Service \& Commissioning Co\-Ordinator to schedule commissioning works to be carried out.
- Co\-ordinate Service and Commissioning engineers works to be carried out on\-site installations including managing Engineers schedules and site documentation.
- Management of all returns to factory and replacements for clients.
- Management, correlation, and documentation of all Customer Concerns along with Service \& Commissioning Co\-ordinator
- Overseeing quality assurance checks, reports, and commissioning certificates
- Creating and maintaining SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
- Creating Maintenance Contracts
- Co\-ordinate preparation of all handover documentation. Also ensure handover and commissioning programs are in place on all projects and managed to achieve contract requirements.
- Liaising with and developing good working relationships with Site Managers / Site Personnel.
- Key account management.
- Processing quotations, sales orders, and invoicing.
- Tracking of purchase orders from suppliers with our Purchase Administrator.
- Checking supplier order acknowledgements against our Purchase orders.
- Liaising with Purchase Administrator regarding lead\-times on products ordered.
- Willingness to problem solve and prioritise.
- Be a driven and proactive self starter.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Contribute new ideas and suggestions to streamline processes within the purchasing functions.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Strong PC skills particularly MS Excel, Word \& Outlook.
- Capable of working without close supervision as well as a member of a team.
- Experience of working within an ISO environment would be an asset but not essential.
- Fluent English is a requirement in addition to excellent communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in EU
Pay: €35,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
