Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and proactive Service Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a field\-based role responsible for generating new business and expanding existing relationships by selling Planned Preventive Maintenance packages and servicing agreements for industrial doors and loading bay equipment across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers across the UK through cold calling, networking, and referrals.


• Promote and sell tailored PPM and servicing packages for industrial doors, dock levellers, scissor lifts, and related equipment.


• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and propose appropriate maintenance solutions.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.


• Work closely with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to service delivery.


• Keep accurate records of all sales activities using the company CRM system.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in industrial or technical service sales.


• Background in selling service contracts or PPM packages is highly desirable.


• Strong understanding of industrial doors, loading bay equipment, or mechanical/electrical systems is a plus.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Results\-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.


• Full UK driving license is essential.


• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
