Service Delivery Account Manager

This is a relationship\-focused role that sits at the heart of Service Delivery. You’ll manage a portfolio of funding partners, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience and help them to maximise opportunities within our relationship.
Our Goal as a not\-for\-profit Company is to embed engineering into the fabric of every school, ensuring all children have the opportunity to engage with engineering from a young age.
The Role:
· Manage a portfolio of funding partners and act as their primary contact.
· Build, strong\-long term relationships, communicating effectively with industry, public sector and educational stakeholders.
· Understand partner objectives and bring alignment to contract delivery.
· Lead regular review meetings and provide clear updates on programme progress and impact.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support future growth.
· Work alongside Service Delivery Co\-ordinators to onboard and engage schools across funded regions. Leveraging partner relationships and local networks to increase awareness and participation.
· Monitor partner involvement and take proactive action to support success
· Maintain accurate records and produce reports demonstrating programme reach, outcomes and impact upon completion of the programme.
· Provide reports back to the business and support cross\-department needs through your partner relationships
· Keep up to date and accurate records of all contracts, ensuring information is shared quickly and effectively
· Support in\-person the delivery of inspiring programme and awards events, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for pupils, parents, teachers, funding partners and industry attendees
What You’ll Get:
· Salary £35,000 per annum
· Full\-time role at 37\.5 hours per week (8:30am \- 4:30pm, Mon\-Fri)
· 30 minutes lunch break each day
· 29 days holiday per year, including bank holidays

We're looking for:
· At least 2 years’\+ experience in a customer\-focused role
· A confident relationship manager who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders and is motivated by making a positive impact
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate credibly and effectively both verbally and in writing
· Excellent organisational skills managing multiple contracts at the same time
· Confidence in setting and working to effective objectives and timescales
· Good digital skills with Microsoft 365, Excel and Outlook and experience of using a CRM system
· Full, clean driving licence
