Service Controller
Truck and Trailer Works is one of Ireland largest independent workshops catering for the biggest names in the road transport haulage industry. TTW can offer a one stop shop for its customers in terms of full maintenance of all aspects of their fleet, fleet hire and body works.
Due to the recent expansion of our Swords workshop, we are recruiting a service controller to join our team. Having recently completed installation works on our new workshops, merging our bodyshop with our HGV and LGV workshops onsite, we are looking for a new member to join our team and support this growth. The primary duties and responsibilities of the administrative staff members are as follows:
1\. Compile workshop quotations and providing to customers, Processing of job cards to invoices, requesting PO numbers from customers, liaising with workshop manager on job details to close out invoice.
2\. Monitoring ongoing daily works schedule to ensure all technicians have jobs open and issued, monitor completion of each job and ensure all supporting documents are submitted upon completion.
3\. Managing the active workload of job cards and invoices in a professional tidy manner.
4\. Liaise and support the workshop manager with queries from customers as the main point of contact for communications.
5\. Manage stock availability and order parts for ongoing repairs being carried out.
6\. Issue POs for any items ordered relevant to each department.
7\. Manage compliance for fleet vehicles being maintained within the HGV/LGV workshops.
.8Any Ad\-Hoc duties assigned by your line manager.
Previous experience in a workshop environment needed. Applicants must be proficient with the use of sage accounts, microsoft outlook and excel.
Hours of work \- 08:00 \- 16:30, Monday \- Friday.
