The Service Controller will support the monitoring and optimization of service operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail\-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first\-time fix rate, service costs)
- Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners
- Ensure data accuracy in service management systems
- Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows
- Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis
Must have
*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
*Professional experience:* 3\+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles
*Language:* Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written
*Technical \& Soft Skills*
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus
- Good organizational and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to work cross\-functionally and communicate effectively
