Service Co-ordinator

• Act as a custodian of the brand to build a growing, profitable, and sustainable Kärcher Service Business.


• Provide administrative support and manage service contracts within the CRM to ensure a world\-class customer experience.


• Handle incoming calls and emails, resolving complaints professionally to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Submit work orders to SAP, process spare parts orders, and create cost estimations.


• Investigate and effectively resolve service invoice queries.


• Schedule work for Field Service Engineers, monitor ongoing jobs, and provide proactive customer updates.

• Essential understanding of customer service and Google suite, with desirable knowledge of Dynamics CRM, and SAP.


• Essential background in customer support and busy office administration, with desirable experience in invoicing and cost estimations.


• Essential organisational, communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities, alongside desirable adaptability and negotiation skills.
