About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food \& Beverage Department, the Service Casuals are responsible for assisting with service delivery, maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards, and contributing to smooth operations across all F\&B outlets. The Service Casual reports to the respective F\&B Manager or F\&B Supervisor.
As a service casual, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the F\&B team in delivering exceptional, high\-standard guest service
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation meet luxury standards
- Help maintain flawless cleanliness, mise\-en\-place, and setup of dining and service areas
- Provide operational support across multiple outlets, including banquets, brasserie, bar, lounge, rooftop, and room service
- Ensure smooth service flow by clearing, resetting, and replenishing tables and service stations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams while adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and luxury service protocols
- High level of commitment as well as a structured, results\-oriented and independent way of working
- High quality awareness

- Excellent manners and well\-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
- Supporting the team in the accomplishment of daily tasks
