Our team based in Stoke\-on\-Trent are seeking an experienced full time Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service, supporting our Clinical team. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. We have many clients to support so a smooth\-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support.

This role is full time and permanent, working 37\.5 hours per week. The salary is £26,250 per annum.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high\-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.

We'd be excited to see the following in your application:

  • experience of providing great administrative support in a busy environment

  • the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

  • to be confident working in a team environment and able to work collaboratively

  • a good level of Maths and English (verbal and written)

  • to be organised, able to manage and prioritise your time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease

  • good analytical skills with an eye for detail

  • a can do, positive attitude

  • excellent IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media
