Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with B2B SaaS growth objectives, focusing on increasing organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion performance.
- Lead strategic conversations with enterprise-level clients, including quarterly business reviews, roadmap planning, and performance reporting tied to business outcomes and ROI.
- Oversee technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, schema implementation, crawl optimization, tracking integration, and funnel analysis to improve search performance and user experience.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts while building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Analyze SEO performance data using analytics and tracking platforms to generate actionable insights and continuously refine strategic direction.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, particularly around AI-enhanced search, semantic SEO, and evolving search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless campaign execution across all client initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional SEO experience, including at least 1 year working specifically with B2B SaaS companies or technology-focused organizations.
- Proven success driving organic growth and measurable SEO outcomes for enterprise or high-growth clients.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, content strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, link acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, SEO auditing platforms, reporting tools, and modern search analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into strategic business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining a high standard of service, responsiveness, and strategic leadership.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for uncovering growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with overlapping collaboration hours across North American time zones.
