We are now looking for an SEO \& Digital Growth Executive to take ownership of our organic presence and turn it into a consistent source of high\-quality inbound enquiries.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who understands that rankings are meaningless unless they convert into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy \& Execution
- Own and execute the company’s SEO strategy (technical, on\-page, and content)
- Identify and target high\-intent, revenue\-driving keywords
- Optimise existing pages and build new landing pages designed to convert
- Monitor rankings, search trends, and competitor activity
- Deliver measurable growth in organic traffic and inbound enquiries
- Carry out technical SEO audits and implement fixes
- Improve site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage indexing, crawlability, and site structure
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- Handle redirects, canonical tags, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Make front\-end updates (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Work confidently within WordPress
- Build and optimise landing pages without relying on developers
- Troubleshoot website issues impacting performance or SEO
- Support integrations (tracking, forms, CRM connections, APIs where required)
- Create and optimise SEO\-focused content (service pages, blogs, landing pages)
- Align content with customer intent and buying behaviour
- Continuously improve conversion rates (CRO mindset, not just traffic)
- Ensure messaging is commercially focused, not just informational
- Track and analyse performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Monitor keyword rankings and site performance using tools such as:
- Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Report on traffic, leads, and conversion performance (not vanity metrics)
- Translate data into clear, actionable improvements
- 3\+ years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing with proven results
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and website structure
- Ability to implement changes directly, not just recommend them
- Experience working within CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes
- Strong writing skills with an understanding of search intent
- Experience in local SEO or service\-based industries
- Familiarity with Google Ads (for keyword and conversion insight)
- Basic understanding of APIs and website integrations
- Experience in fuel, logistics, construction, or industrial sectors
- Increased rankings for high\-intent search terms
- Growth in inbound enquiries and qualified leads
