We are looking for a Senior Workforce Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of workforce planning, operational efficiency, and cross\-functional team coordination. You are not simply managing schedules or reporting metrics; you are helping shape operational strategy, improving workforce performance, and ensuring teams have the systems and support needed to scale effectively. You will work closely with leadership, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to align workforce planning with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Optimization:
Develop workforce strategies that support business goals, improve efficiency, and ensure operational readiness across teams. Monitor staffing needs, productivity trends, and resource allocation.
Operational Leadership:
Lead workforce operations initiatives, identify process inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements that enhance performance and team effectiveness.
Team Management:
Provide guidance and mentorship to operational staff and team leads. Foster accountability, encourage collaboration, and support professional growth within the team.
Data and Reporting:
Use operational data, workforce metrics, and performance reporting to identify trends, improve decision\-making, and recommend operational enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department leaders and senior management to align workforce operations with company objectives. Communicate recommendations clearly and drive cross\-functional alignment.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in workforce operations, operations management, business operations, or a related leadership role, including experience managing teams or operational initiatives.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience coordinating teams, improving workflows, and driving operational performance in fast\-paced environments.
Analytical Thinking:
You are comfortable working with operational reports, workforce metrics, and performance data to support informed business decisions.
Communication:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can explain operational decisions clearly and build alignment across teams and leadership levels.
Mindset:
You are practical, solutions\-oriented, and highly organized. You know how to balance immediate operational priorities with long\-term workforce planning and business goals.
Pay: £5,700\.00\-£7,500\.00 per month
