The Senior Video Sales Specialist is an established industry expert in Streaming TV and Programmatic Open Internet Video and a crucial contributor to the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions \- spanning across Prime Video, Twitch, Live Sports and third\-party Online Video through Amazon DSP. The Senior Video Sales Specialist partners across multiple teams including product, business, sales and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support. The Senior Video Sales Specialist will support all the video products, develop sales packages and plays an enablement role with the broader Sales team. They are sought after partners and brought as needed to close business with high value customers \- often focusing on delivering short\-term progress (e.g. 6 months) against specific accounts with pre\-identified adoption challenges.

Key job responsibilities

Video Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, Supply team (MET) and Amazon Advertising Customers. They are responsible for:

  • Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients

  • Scaling video GTM strategies across LCS

  • Developing and implementing bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals

  • Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products

  • Partnering with LCS and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes

  • Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive Upfront and annual commitments

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.

  • Experience in the social media and video advertising landscape, and in Video Commerce with an understanding of the environment.
