Your Mission
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving Million Victories' growth. You own the strategy, execution, and optimization of large\-scale acquisition campaigns to accelerate our success in the competitive mobile strategy gaming market.
You will
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi\-channel UA campaigns
- Maximize ROAS on 8\-figure annual acquisition budgets
- Collaborate cross\-functionally with Business Intelligence and Creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Define and request custom dashboards to extract actionable insights
- Conduct in\-depth competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Manage creative testing frameworks
- Brief and coordinate with the Creative Manager to produce impactful ads
- Stay on top of industry trends, UA platform updates, and privacy changes to ensure Million Victories remains competitive globally
- Contribute to refining our UA strategy for new market expansions and upcoming product features
- Review performance and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Your Profile
- Significant Experience: You have 4\+ years within mobile free\-to\-play gaming or apps
- Analytical \& Technical Skills: You are proficient with analytics tools \& and have a deep understanding of attribution systems
- ROI\-Driven: You prioritize high\-impact business actions and manage acquisition costs effectively
- Tools Expertise: You regularly use creative benchmarking tools, AI tools, ad libraries, and ASO tools
- Soft Skills: You are autonomous, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast\-paced environment
- Gaming Culture: You have a strong understanding of mobile gaming industry trends which is a plus
